Sleep Therapy

Dear Naventus,
     From childhood, to get a good night's sleep was an elusive dream. Since using Naventus, I am asleep before my relaxation tape gets through the introduction. I waken fairly early, refreshed, not groggy, or hung over from sleep medication or muscle relaxants. There are still occasions when sleep is a problem, but they are rare.

When I got my new computer in 1998 or 1999, I enrolled in a computer class at a nearby community college, which I had attended for various classes in previous years. I had difficulty finding my way to drive that short distance to the college. The classes were a nightmare. I could not remember what the instructor said by the time she finished explaining a procedure. I read my lesson assignments again and again and could not recall what I had read. After three or four classes, I told the instructor that it was Fibromyalgia, not senility. She said that she had a man in a previous class with the same affliction who quit saying much the same thing.

March 29, 2005, is highlighted on my calendar. I was up about 7:30 AM and realized very quickly that my mind was clear for the first time in years. It was like walking out into the sunlight after struggling through a dreary or even foggy day. I was able to comfortably drive again. For years I drove only when absolutely necessary, going only in the "safe" areas at "safe" times of the day. What a day! I drove and ran errands, just elated with being alive again. I didn't stop until it was night and I was exhausted. My next door neighbor came up to me in the yard and I could see the surprise on her face. The transformation was apparent. THIS IS MOMENTOUS!

Dear Naventus,
     Several years ago, before I gave birth to my fourth child, I began sleeping very poorly due to weak bladder issues. I was up 3 and 4 times a night to use the bathroom. After giving birth to #4, there came a new problem. Not only was my bladder even weaker, but I would lie in bed several hours before falling asleep. Finally after falling asleep, I would frequently wake up an hour or two later and the cycle would start over. These days he is up before anyone and rarely takes naps in the afternoon anymore, which used to be a common thing after work or on his lunch break. Dear Naventus,
     I had to stop using pain relievers for arthritis due to serious side effects. When I was offered a chance to try the Naventus Healing Sleep Mat I gratefully accepted. Dear Naventus:
     In August of 1991 I fell down some steps resulting in spinal cord trauma between C3 and C4 which resulted in total paralysis from the neck down. After 4 months of intense therapy I regained 50% function of all my extremities, and I was termed quadriparetic. The symptoms I deal with daily are muscle spasticity, reduced strength and motor function, and accompanying reduced circulatory problems and sensory loss from the neck down.      I have had paraplegia for the past 38 years due to a spinal cord injury from a car accident. The doctors were expecting me to walk after surgery, but were unaware they had tightened one side of the Harrington rods too tight, which sustained the paralysis.      Having been in several car accidents, causing injuries to my neck and back, I’ve had to use pain medication continually since June 2001. I also suffer from fibromyalgia, but have always felt lucky because I can still function pretty well and am not completely bedridden as some people.
